At a promotion tour under a glaring alpine summer sun, the modulboxes were supplemented with our new awnings. The textile corner roofs reminiscent of batwings provided shade and shelter to the visitors and a light summer look to the box.

Our newcomers hit off pretty well with our customers and their visitors. The textile awnings look a bit like sails or tents and give the modulbox an open-air beach feel. By covering and closing the corners of the roof, the overall shape of the box changes: The luminous ceiling with rounded corners defines the space and creates an ultra-light, roundish gazebo. Every awning expands the roof area by more than 3 square meters, thus creating quite a big effect through a very small change.

Our competitors also seem to like our new awnings: One of them called us up to ask us how we make them. We’ll take that as a compliment.
